We know that know one likes doing all the legal what not and to be honest, neither do we, but we have to. So here is some small print just like on every other web site you've ever seen.

By purchasing any products from Elite Web-Creation you are bound by these terms and conditions. There for you may not make a claim against these terms. We may change our terms and conditions at any time without notifying you, the terms and conditions by which you are held accountable shall be the most up-to-date terms on the date of your purchase. All updated versions of our terms and conditions shall be dated there for allowing you to see which terms apply to you.

All employees and staff of Elite Web-creation will in no way be held accountable for and illegal content that is shown on any web site that we produce, we will under no circumstances create or publish any illegal content, there for any that is to be found on our web sites will be taken as you're own doing and so you will be held accountable for the punishment of that content. In no way will Elite Web-creation be held accountable for the content of the site. Any adult content which wishes to be published on one of our site will have to have a full license to cover that intent, this is in no way our responsibility and therefore you must produce the license yourself before our work will commence.

All customer information will be kept strictly confidential, we will in no way contact you or give out your personal details in less instructed to do so by you or concerning the product purchased.

No Web site can be returned or refunded after the issue date upon the final invoice. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you recognise that after agreeing to purchase a web site from us that 20% of the original quotation shall be paid before any more work is completed for you. You also recognise that on payment of that 20%, it is completely un-refundable, even if you decide to cancel your order. Order cancellations are accepted up to the issue date of the final invoice for the remaining 80% of the price. After such time order cancellations will not be accepted and the remainder of the payment must be paid in full, in less otherwise agreed (on our terms).

Within 3 weeks of the issue date of the final invoice you may be contacted by our staff and asked to complete and customer satisfactory form. It is not required by you to complete this form however if you do, we take note that everything said in the form is personal opinion only and will not be held against you. How ever if you do not complete this form within 2 weeks of us contacting you, you may be contacted again reminding you that you have not completed this form. It will also inform you that as a requirement from agreeing to our terms and conditions you must complete a single paragraph about your opinion of our service.

We hold within our rights to use and display this paragraph of writing on our web site on any page. As well as this every web site we create we reserve the right to display a photo of your web site on ours as a demonstration of our work. This can only be prevented by making a payment of �20 to Elite Web-Creation, if we deem it necessary. You should remember that your web site may not be used at all, and your paragraph may not necessarily be used either.

With regards to Copyright on our site, no materials from the Elite Web-Creation web site may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, broadcast, shown or played in public, republished, uploaded, posted, stored, transmitted or distributed in any way or adapted or changed in any way. All copyright that we provide also comes with a terms and conditions agreement stating some or all of the previous, this will prevent anyone from stealing your web sites content. However we do not offer full copyright purchased from the copyright burro, for this you must purchase your own copyright. We also do not offer any registered Trade Marks or Trade Mark registration, you must also purchase this yourself.

Our web maintenance course does not provide a nationally recognised qualification. When part taking in our course you agree to these terms and conditions. You must understand that everything you are taught is for educational purposes only, and we are in no way held responsible for your actions outside of our course. If you have not taken our web maintenance course and you attempt to change your web site yourself we are in no way held responsible for the outcome of your site. We also are within our rights to not provide you with your original web site. However if you have taken our web maintenance course and find that it has not been sufficient in teaching you to update your site in the ways in which you wish to, we will give you free lessons on how to do so, until such a time as you feel confident enough not to need them. If you have taken our web maintenance course, when trying to update you site afterwards if you were to accidentally destroy it or deface it in anyway, you are within your rights to claim the original site back from us, and to ask for an explanation as to what you did wrong.

Any of the above terms and conditions can be applied to any product or service sold by Elite Web-Creation. (Trading as Elite Web-Creation)
