Maintenance

Firstly, maintenance only applies for web design, if you only wish to purchase a logo, please see our Logo Design page.

So if you are here because your supposed to be, your probably asking, what is maintenance? If your not, then skip to the next section below.
Maintenance means, litteraily, maintaining your web site. For example, updating its content, changing the images on it, or anything else your site might need doing to it. That is maintaining it. We offer two options for website maintenance, they are as follows:

You can pay us to take professional care of updating your site, at a hourly rate. This provides you with cheap professional website maintenance and means you can get on with things. (This service is only optional for one year, after the year you may want to do option 2)

You can take our self maintenance course, we will teach you all you need to know to be able to edit and update your website accordingly, and ofcourse our e-mail services is always there if you have any problems after the course.

The course comes at a small additional fee which depends on how many sessions it takes for you to learn. We predict between 4 and 8 sessions depending on your current computer skills and how much you want/need to be able to change about your site. It is £18 per session and each session last around a hour. You can have as many sessions as you feel you need, and stop them when you want. Ofcourse this course will not teach you how to be a fully fledged web designer but it will teach you enough for you to be able to maintain your site. A big bonus of taking the maintenance course is we will garentee that if when editing your site you make a mistake we will come round and help you put it right, show you where you went wrong as to not make the same mistake twice.

Ofcourse if you are already confident with HTML and CSS you may decide to try and maintain your site with no help, this is perfectly fine but we do not advise this as if you change your codes without taking the maintainence course we cannot garentee that there will be someone avaliable to put your site right.

There is however a final way of maintaining your site, you could open your files in a web design pakage such as FrontPage. This is a good idea however some web design software does not support the complex coding we use and so will not look correct. We advise if you plan on doing this that you buy Macromedia's Dream Weaver software as it is one of the best web design pakages, it is used world wide by web designers.
