Q: Do you use templates?

A: Mostly all our work is 100% original, unique work. Although on the odd occasion we do use templates, whether because we are asked to by a client, or we think we have a fitting one that we can adapt to a clients needs. Any template that we do use will always be changed and adapted to fit the clients needs exactly. This is to ensure every web site we create is made to the exact specification of our client. Ensuring customer satisfaction is one of our main aims. If you know of, or have, a specific template you would like us to use then we can definutly use it.

Q: Can I have a new e-mail?

A: Yes, with every web site we provide unlimited e-mail accounts. This means that if your business needs more than one e-mail, say for example one for customer enquieries, one for placing a order, and one for customer feed back, we can create you three seperate e-mail addresses. We will also teach you how to create your own email addresses if you ask, so you can create as many as you want.

Q: Can I use my current domain? (URL)

A: Yes, If you already have a domain we will happily transfer it to our hosting free of charge, unless you already have hosting which you would like to use, in which case we will simply upload your new web site to your already exsisting hosting account.

Q: Who hosts my web site?
